Peroni South Africa and Van D1 Entertainment are proud to bring another instalment of well-known Joburg nightlife sensation Analogue Nites to the mother city, Cape Town. Stylishly refreshed by Peroni, the event has embarked on a series of nationwide events, aptly named ANALOGUE on Tour. These events host local and international musical heavyweights and best loved new kids on the block.
This leg of ANALOGUE on Tour sees an impressive line up that consists of South African kwaito music veteran Kabelo ‘Bouga Luv’ Mabelane, self-proclaimed Prince of South African hip hop, AKA and Motswako hip hop favourite Khuli Chana.
“It’s a very exciting move for us to be hosting this instalment of Analogue just before one of Cape Town’s greatest spectacles, the J&B Met,” remarked Peroni Brand Campaign Manager, Juan Marc Correia. “Analogue Nites is the perfect platform to showcase the best talent South Africa has to offer musically and we are proud to be involved in this ‘tour’ to Cape Town”.
Hundreds are expected to make their way to Trinity in Greenpoint, Cape Town to the well renowned Funktion room. With its’ state of the art ‘Funktion One’ sound system, the nightclub is home to Cape Town’s richest sound and lighting experience.
On the night, finalists of the CSquared Top Swag competition will be announced. After an exciting online social media campaign, these finalists will go on to compete for the grand prize of the ultimate VIP experience in 2012 and clothing to the value of R30 000.
Also on the bill in classical Analogue fashion, are some of South Africa’s most respected DJ’s on the decks. Guests on the night can expect to be kept on the dancefloor by Analogue resident, DJ 1D, Kenzero and well known Metro FM’s DJ’s Sphectacular and Naves.
